Each door gets its own code
Private sanitary facilities, chalets, and storage on one system. The locks do not require internet where they are located, and the code comes from your reservation and expires when the guest departs.

Private sanitary facilities are private until the key circulates
A unit belonging to one place should only open for one guest. With a cylinder and a key ring, this cannot be sustained.
The previous guest can still enter
A key that doesn't come back, or a combination lock that has had the same setting for three seasons. With a private toilet and shower, this is a different conversation than with a bike shed.
A round over the field every changeover day
Collecting keys, issuing keys, and, for an early arrival, someone waiting for it. For dozens of units at the same time, that's a morning.
The unit is located where there is no network
Private sanitary facilities are located in the field, next to the site. There is no data cable running there, and the guest wifi does not reach it.
Also where there is no internet
A sanitary unit in the field has no network connection and no coverage from your guest Wi-Fi. That's not necessary: one gateway on the premises serves the locks around it, and that is the same gateway that your meters are already using.
The lock on the door
The lock replaces the cylinder or is placed on the existing fitting. No cables, no drilling through the frame, and it runs on batteries which you can monitor the level of in your dashboard.
Checked in and ready
There is no internet connection at the door, no SIM card, and no subscription per lock. The locks connect through a box nearby to the gateway that is usually already there for your meters.
Codes from your reservations
A code applies from check-in to check-out. It is applied automatically and removed automatically — you don’t need to do anything, and there is no list of codes at the reception.
Not every door requires the same
A private sanitation unit follows one booking. A shower building must be open the entire season. You set this per group, not per door.
Private sanitation
A private toilet and shower at one campsite. The code is linked to the booking of that site, and between two guests, the cleaning staff comes in with a card.
Accommodations
Chalets, bungalows, and safari tents that change per booking of guests. The same logic as the sanitation that goes with it.
Shared sanitation and facilities
Shower buildings, washrooms, and bike racks that should be open to everyone on the site, but not to outside.
Technology and storage
Spaces that only staff and a single supplier need to access. Each assignment is signed and recorded.
The code comes from your reservation stream
A booking in your system generates a code with a validity window, which is set on the lock and removed after departure. At Tommy, this is already happening today via the back office.
* Whether this can be done automatically depends on your booking system. If it does not integrate, you create the codes yourself in the dashboard — with the same validity and the same overview of who did what.

What you need is already there
No wiring, no wifi at the door, and no second system next to your meters.
Less work at the door
The profit is not in the lock, but in everything around it that is eliminated.
Private sanitary facilities that remain private
Each booking a unique code on the unit. The guest from last week can no longer enter, and no cylinder needs to be replaced.
No more rounds on changeover day
No keys to collect and distribute over dozens of units. Codes are added and expire without anyone needing to enter the field.
Access that automatically expires
The code stops at the agreed time. That's something no one has to do, so it won't be forgotten.
See who has been there
Per door it shows who opened it and when. Handy in case of damage, and in areas where not everyone should enter.
No second system
The locks operate on what is already in place for your meters. No separate network, no subscription per door, one point of contact.
Visibility of the battery
For each lock, you can see the battery level and when the last contact was made — well before it becomes a problem.
Frequently asked questions about smart access control
What entrepreneurs most often ask us about the locks.
Start with one field with private sanitary facilities
One field with units shows how much it saves on key management within a season. You can add the rest as it becomes convenient.
